1. 60-day money-back guarantee (starter set)

Which product does this apply to?

The 60-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to the Glowdip starter set including 6 colors. Read more about our 60-day money-back guarantee here.

How does it work?

- Are you still not satisfied after following our guidance and tutorials?

- Then you can return the starter set including 6 colors within 60 days of receipt.

- After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus the return shipping costs.

2. Other products – 30-day return policy

The following applies to all other Glowdip products (such as individual colors, accessories, and refills):

- Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt

- Products must be unused and in their original condition

- Used or opened products cannot be returned

Our goal is to ensure that you get the most out of your Glowdip product. This often solves the problem.

Exceptions to refunds

- Damage caused by incorrect or intentional use. We cannot offer a refund if there is visible damage due to misuse. However, we are happy to help you find possible solutions.

- Completeness of the return shipment. Did you receive a free gift with your order? Then this must be returned with your order to be eligible for a (full) refund.

Return costs

- The cost of returning an item is €10.

- This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Our team will first review your order and offer guidance where necessary

4. If you decide to return the item, we will send you the return instructions

5. After receipt and inspection, we will process the refund within 14 business days
